Traveling through airports can be a fascinating experience, especially for those who are keen on shopping. I often brought back some items like Cadbury chocolate bars for my grandkids and my wife whenever I traveled internationally. Even domestically, I have shopped for necessary items such as toiletries and snacks.
Why Not?
Many Indians working in the Gulf often purchase items such as cigarettes, alcohol, and sweets at duty-free shops. However, my purchases have ranged from food and sweets for my children to sodas, magazines, pens, and books I haven't read yet. I also take care to bring the sodas in small enough containers so that they won’t be confiscated by airport security.
