I placed an order for components from electronicomp on March 23, 2024, and it's now July 10, 2024, with no sign of fulfillment. The journey has been a mix of disappointment and frustration, with each interaction offering little to no resolution.

Key Issues

1. Non-Delivery of Product

The primary issue is the non-delivery of the ordered items. Despite multiple follow-ups and requests for updates, no products have been shipped. I have been told that 10 non-essential items were shipped, but this only adds to my frustration.

2. Poor Customer Service

The customer service team is not only unresponsive but also unhelpful. Emails are often ignored, and when I do receive a response, it's vague and uninformative. Phone calls are frequently met with disconnections or no answer at all.

3. False Promises

I was repeatedly assured that my issue would be resolved, only to find out that no action was taken. The customer service team has a well-trained facade to delay and frustrate customers, until they eventually give up.

4. No Refund Process

When I requested a refund due to non-delivery, the response was evasive. They offered to transfer funds to an internal wallet or said that the item would be shipped once it became available. Unfortunately, eight months later, 9,000 dollars worth of items are still unpaid.

Based on my experience, it seems that electronicomp is employing deceptive practices to manipulate customers. My advice to potential customers is to avoid this company and look for reliable and trustworthy providers for your electronic components.
