How to Retrieve Your PF Number Using Your UAN

If you are an employee of any company registered under EPFO, you will receive both a UAN (Universal Account Number) and a PF (Provident Fund) number. To verify or retrieve your PF number using your UAN, follow the steps outlined below:
tStep-by-Step Guide to Finding Your PF Number Using UAN
tVisit the EPFO Website
tStart by visiting the official Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) website.
tLogin to the Member Portal
tOnce on the website, navigate to the For Employees section. Then, select Member UAN/Online Services and click on UAN Member Portal to log in.
tEnter Your UAN
tInput your UAN number along with the captcha code and click on Get Authorization Pin. You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number.
tAfter entering the OTP, you will be redirected to your profile page. From there, you can access various details related to your EPF account.
tView EPF Details
tYour profile dashboard will show options related to your EPF account, such as the Account Passbook or Profile. Click on the View option to see your PF number along with other relevant details.
tDownload Your EPF Passbook
tYou can also download your EPF passbook, which will contain your PF number and other important information.

tContact Your Employer or Use Activated Services on the PF Website
tYou can also ask your employer to help you activate your PF account using your mobile number. Your Member ID may show parts that can be linked to your PF number. For example, the first letter of your Member ID may indicate the employer.
