Target a market with disposable income for impulse buyers. Ensure your product is actively searched for by potential buyers. Create your own brand by rebranding and customizing packaging. Pick a product not readily available locally to attract customers.2. Perform Competition Research
Avoid the trap of targeting products with little to no competition. Instead, look for items that have a demand. This shows the product is either in high demand or the business model is sustainable.
3. Secure a Supplier
Partnering with the right supplier is critical. Overseas suppliers may require careful vetting. Alibaba is a great resource for finding and communicating with potential suppliers. Ensure they can scale with your growing business needs.
4. Build Your ECommerce Website
